L'objet de la conférence
In his recent book, Inventing Equal Opportunity, Frank Dobbin explores the origins of U.S. diversity programs, and the role of managers in devising corporate strategies. In this presentation Dobbin will discuss both the origins of diversity programs and their effects on actual workforce diversity. The story has implications for how new management paradigms come about, and for when new paradigms are effective.
